1. Driver and age

  • The minimum driver age is 21 years.
  • The driver must have held a valid category B driving license for at least 1 year.
  • When picking up the vehicle, it is necessary to present an ID card and driver's license (or passport for foreign clients).

2. Reservation and payment

  • Reservations can be made online, by phone or in person.
  • When picking up the vehicle, a deposit is paid depending on the type of vehicle.
  • Payment for the rental is made in cash or by card.
  • The rental price includes basic insurance, normal wear and tear, and a highway vignette (if specified).

3. Insurance

  • All vehicles have mandatory contractual insurance and accident insurance.
  • In the event of damage caused by the driver, a deductible applies according to the valid price list.
  • The insurance does not cover damage caused by violation of rental conditions (e.g. driving under the influence of alcohol, intentional damage, etc.).
